Coming February IKEA will launch CHARLOTTA; a collection of fabrics IKEA asked Åsa Ekström to design on the theme Japan meets Scandinavia. Already at the age of 13, Åsa Ekström decided to become a “mangaka”, a cartoonist inspired by the Japanese way of creating comic-strip drawings (manga).
